Organisational Chart

The Annual General Meeting has the highest authority in the matters of Gildi, but the Board of Directors handles senior management between meetings. The Managing Director oversees the day-to-day operations, but the activities are divided into several divisions.

This is the fund's organisational chart:

Gildi's organisational chart (in Icelandic). At the top is the Board, with Internal Audit and the CEO, Davíð Rudolfsson, below it. Reporting to the CEO are Legal (Árni Hrafn Gunnarsson), Risk Management (Rebekka Ólafsdóttir, who also reports directly to the Board), Operations (Kristbjörg Héðinsdóttir: operations, premiums, loans, human resources, communications and marketing, quality and processes), Finance (Ívar Róbertsson), IT (Skúli Geir Jensson), Asset Management (Rósa Björgvinsdóttir) and Pensions (Ágústa Hrönn Gísladóttir).
